No Refund Policy

At WITNESS we pour our heart and soul into every item we offer, with each purchase supporting our vital work towards ending mass incarceration. As a small nonprofit organization, our resources are dedicated to advocacy and education, which is why we maintain a strict no refund policy. Here’s what this means for you:

No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges through our online store. Once an order is placed, the sale is final. This policy helps us direct our resources into the causes we support rather than logistics, allowing us to make the most significant impact possible.

Local Exchange Option: For our supporters in the NYC area, we offer an exception to our no online exchange policy. You can exchange products for an item of the same type at our office in Queens. Please note that this is subject to product availability and the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.

• The exchange must occur within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• An exchange is only possible in person at our office location.

Setting Up an Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product and can visit our office, you must first contact us to arrange the exchange. Please call us at 833-994-8637 or email evie@witnesstomassincarceration.org with your order details and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth process.
